Often children don’t want to burden their parents with their concerns and worries; and this is one of the reasons why seeking outside support can be of assistance for parents as well as their children.
Children’s Group Days are held every school holidays and comprise a range of fun activities such as games, arts and craft. These groups offer children a sense of community and an opportunity to connect with others going through similar experiences. They also create a positive association with Bloomhill and give the children a chance to get to know the therapist in a relaxed atmosphere.
Touch therapies are available to children who have cancer.
