Wow! It's time to give a massive shout out to the Year 6 students at Siena Catholic Primary School - Sippy Downs

Each term the students select a leadership group and under the direction of teachers, Anna Mendes, Leah Phillips, Sharon Ward and Dave O'Keefe, this group then finds ways that they can assist the school and the wider community.

This term, the Garden Group grew a variety of produce in the school's permaculture garden, and sold the fresh fruit and vegetables to the local community.

The group decided that they would like to support the work of Bloomhill by donating the $230 proceeds to us!

Curriculum Support Teacher Peter Curtis said: "Our school community would like to thank The Bloomhill organisation for the support that they offer families on their cancer journey".

Likewise, all of us here at Bloomhill Cancer Care want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone at Siena primary involved in this incredible gesture.

ALL donations directly benefit our clients, their carers and families. Money raised for Bloomhill helps us to continue to support people of all ages on the Sunshine Coast to live well with cancer.
