KIRSTY FERGUSON has recently joined our nursing team here at Bloomhill.

Kirsty has been working as a nurse for 17 years. She grew up in Darwin then lived and worked abroad, spending two years in New Zealand and five in London.

Whilst in London, Kirsty worked at the University College London Hospital where she experienced working in both the acute oncology and haematology/bone marrow transplant units, as well as the teenage cancer treatment centre.

Ten years ago she arrived on the Sunshine Coast and worked for the Red Cross Blood Service. Kirsty is delighted to join the team at Bloomhill, as she has a genuine passion for cancer care nursing and has been wanting to return to this area for some time.

"I feel very privileged to be given the opportunity to be able to join the Bloomhill team and be able to offer holistic compassionate support to people living with cancer," Kirsty said.

Kirsty is at Bloomhill - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week
