A working pianola, camping gear and exercise equipment are among bargains on offer as Bloomhill Cancer Care’s op-shop Distribution Centre clears out ahead of its relocation to Maroochydore.

Bloomhill Chief Executive Officer Christopher John said that after seven years at its Kunda Park address, the DC is moving to greener pastures in Maroochydore, with a huge one-day sale planned for Saturday.

“We’re excited to move into our more central location, but need the community’s help to clear out our old site and reduce moving costs,” Mr John said.

“The DC is a curated collection of pre-loved goods rather just a warehouse. It’s truly fabulous what you can find there.

“If you haven’t been, please consider popping down before this original site closes for good. In doing so you’ll be supporting one of the most hard-working and loved charities on the Sunshine Coast.

“Every dollar raised at our op-shops and DC goes toward supporting people who’ve received a cancer diagnosis, and their families, at our wellness centre in Buderim.

“Our nurse-led care builds a team of knowledgeable professionals around every client. We believe no-one should be alone in their cancer experience.”
