Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a type of movement meditation: a gentle practice of breathing, focusing the mind, and doing simple body movements to cultivate energy for increased vitality, calmness and wellbeing. It is designed to be very simple to learn and practice, yet very powerful in its benefits.

Qi Gong requires no equipment and can be performed just about anywhere and can be tailored to individual needs depending on personal goals and physical abilities.  It makes a good exercise choice for just about anyone who is looking for improved range of motion and relaxation.

Practicing Qi Gong can assist in:

  • Reducing stress and tension
  • Improving sleep
  • Reducing chronic pain
  • Building strength and stamina
  • Enhancing the immune system
  • Improving balance and stability
  • Promoting better circulation
  • Easing joint pain
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Improved heart health
